Collected role description

SRE - 8-10 Years EXP Lead the design and implementation of scalable and reliable systems as part of the Site Reliability Engineering team, ensuring high availability and performance. Utilize SQL and Java to develop and support infrastructure automation and system monitoring solutions. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications, ensuring proper integration with existing systems and adherence to best practices. Establish and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain service reliability and performance. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, enhancing system efficiency and reliability. Participate in incident management processes and conduct post-mortem analyses to mitigate future risks. Drive the adoption of monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify and address potential outages. Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the reliability of systems and processes.
