Job Description: Conduct regular audits and quality reviews of backend banking transactions and operational processes. Monitor employee performance against established quality standards and provide actionable feedback. Identify process gaps, operational risks, and compliance issues while recommending corrective measures. Prepare quality reports, scorecards, dashboards, and management review presentations. Support root cause analysis initiatives and implement preventive controls to reduce errors. Collaborate with training and operations teams to improve process knowledge and quality performance. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and quality assurance frameworks. Maintain quality documentation, audit records, and process checklists.
