Role & responsibilities Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Replacing parts as required. Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment. Experience in Windows, Linux Server. Expreanace and good knowledge in troubleshoot Network Infra & Network Protocols. Knowledge and Experience in handling Data Base Tools. Experience in Firewall configuring, troubleshooting and daignising. Experience in System troubleshooting and Hardware servicing. Knowledge in Printer, Intercom, Camera and Biometric device configuration. Addon on knowledge in ISO 27001, Cyber Security and Cloud Computing
