We’re hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI. Position Summary: Define value proposition, scope, epics and cybersecurity acceptance boundaries. Build release roadmap, backlog, dependencies and Definition of Done. Prioritize stories, clarify acceptance criteria and remove delivery blockers. Accept features using verification evidence; manage residual risks and release scope. Prioritize vulnerability fixes, field updates and platform improvements. Your Role:<ul><li>Convert product cybersecurity needs into prioritized features, enablers and acceptance criteria.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain roadmap and backlog for security features and technical debt.</li></ul><ul><li>Align scope, dependencies and release objectives with customer, project, platform, software and validation stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>Accept completed work based on objective evidence and traceability.</li></ul><ul><li>Track risks, capacity, maturity and delivery KPIs; escalate gaps early.</li></ul>Your Background: <ul><li>Exp Level - 8 to 12 yrs only.</li><li>B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline</li><li>Embedded software product ownership or technical program experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 work products, secure ECU features, Agile practices and Automotive SPICE.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to write testable requirements and make data-based priority decisions.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management across global teams.</li></ul>Preferred competencies<ul><li>SAFe/Scrum certification, cybersecurity certification, Jira/ALM analytics and supplier-management experience.</li></ul>Expected outputs / measures of success<ul><li>Product roadmap</li></ul><ul><li>Prioritized backlog</li></ul><ul><li>Release objectives and acceptance criteria</li></ul><ul><li>Dependency and risk log</li></ul><ul><li>Outcome and adoption metrics </li><li>NOTE- Only apply if you meet the basic criteria w.r.t experience & skill. </li></ul> Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.You can have an impact.
