Title: Tool Designer - Press Tools / Stamping DiesKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop press tools, progressive dies, and stamping dies.</li><li>Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with production, tool room, and quality teams during tool development.</li><li>Support tool trials, troubleshooting, and design modifications.</li><li>Develop cost-effective and manufacturable tooling solutions.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Diploma / Post Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Tool Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>5+ years of experience in Press Tool / Stamping Die Design.</li><li>Hands-on experience in designing Progressive Dies, Compound Dies, and Sheet Metal Stamping Tools.</li><li>Proficiency in NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.</li><li>Strong understanding of sheet metal forming processes, GD&T, and tooling manufacturing practices.</li><li>Experience in Plastic Injection Mold Design.</li></ul>Location: Aptiv Connection Systems India, KochiPrivacy Notice - Active Candidates: <a href="https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidates" target="_blank">https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidates</a>Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
