<ul><li>Develop and maintain the working standards reflecting the best practices</li><li>Troubleshooting and maintenance of all molding equipments. Equipment, tooling and process problem resolution.</li><li>Achieving scheduled production targets meeting strict deadlines.</li><li>Supervision of workforce including supervisors and operators.</li><li>Cost reduction, methods and process improvements on the production activities.</li><li>Coordinates the activities necessary to maintain production timing and parallel production activities.</li><li>Special focus to pin headers.Respond quickly to control the problems highlighted by the visual control systems</li><li>Ensuring the compliance of customer specific requirements.</li><li>Take part of the management routines and problems solving workshops</li><li>Develop his teams’ skills to be able to produce with minimum help from others (the small train driver should be the only help needed).</li><li>Consumable minimum inventory management during production.</li><li>Mechanical system design for manufacturing</li><li>P.M schedule preparation and updating</li><li>Preventive and predictive Maintenance knowledge of SPM’s and CNC machines</li><li>Analyze development or manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements.</li><li>With technical knowledge (who can also run production ) to act as an interface between Engineering and production as well between maintenance and production.</li></ul>Privacy Notice - Active Candidates: <a href="https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidates" target="_blank">https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidates</a>Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
