This is a fully remote opportunity Senior Service Now Developer with over 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Service Now solutions, specializing in platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and process optimization. Accomplished Service Now Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in Service Now development, including 3+ years leading cross-functional teams, architecting scalable solutions, and overseeing end-to-end project delivery LOCATION Remote EXPERIENCE 4 - 11 years FUNCTIONAL AREA Development Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Service Now solutions. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and development best practices. Work on ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog, Finance, MDM, and custom Service Now applications. Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, integrations, business rules, and Service Portal/Employee Center components. Design and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and external APIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Support platform upgrades, releases, governance, and transition to support activities. Required Qualifications (Must Have) Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Hands-on experience in Scoped Application Development and custom application development. Strong Java Script and Service Now scripting knowledge. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
