Linux admin+AWS Security expertise and services support the development of knowledge, education and research in a multicultural approach and contribute to the development of scientific and technological excellence. Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Flexible / Hybrid / Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Key RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, Cent OS, Amazon Linux) including installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Manage user access, file permissions, SSH configurations, system hardening, and security compliance. Secure AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Route 53, Cloud Trail, Guard Duty, and Security Hub. Perform cloud security assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation of security findings. Monitor and respond to security threats, incidents, and compliance violations across Linux and AWS environments. Implement security best practices, access controls, encryption, and logging mechanisms. Automate operational and security tasks using Shell/Bash scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to improve overall security posture.
