E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; with 7 years of IT experience Or Any Graduate with 9 years of e-Governance Experience Strong Technical Knowledge in either of Java Technologies or Microsoft Technologies, Project experience in Web technologies, mobile technologies, enterprise web software architecture, design, development, mobile applications, GIS applications etc. Team handling and customer handling Managing project teams of 5 or more members Experience of QMS and SDLC process  Experience of Testing Methodologies
