Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise software (ERPs, CRMs, and communication tools) via APIs and webhooks. Monitor agent performance and “hallucination rates,” constantly refining prompts and logic for higher accuracy. Requirements: Strong background in systems integration and API management. Experience with workflow automation platforms and low-code/no-code AI tools. Proven ability to deconstruct complex human tasks into machine-executable logic.
