Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex data sets and business objectives into clear, decision-ready insights and capability strategies. Governance & Rigor: Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking, able to design audit frameworks and quality controls that hold up across a large, matrixed organization. Influencing Through Evidence: Strong communication skills to build consensus among diverse, cross-functional stakeholders, using data and audit findings as the foundation for influence rather than authority alone. Leading Change with Data: Skilled at driving large-scale process redesign and adoption, using reporting and audit insights to build the case for change and bringing stakeholders along through structured, evidence-based change management. Your key responsibilities. Operations: Support the team on run-the-business activities and ad hoc projects as and when needed, stepping in flexibly to ensure continuity and momentum across priorities. Someone who can handle uncertainty and help shape the future direction of the role. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
