Leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to augment human expertise and unlock productivity. Building interoperable, API-enabled platforms that reduce fragmentation and technical debt. Shifting from reactive service provision to proactive, data-driven orchestration. As the Smart Office Global Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering this connected workplace vision — ensuring that technology enhances employee productivity, improves operational efficiency, and provides data-driven decision support, while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability, security, and scalability. This role will be responsible for helping to define, build and implement the Smart Office Digital Product use cases and roadmap. Determine business requirements to shape the BCG Smart Office product journey and Street-to-Seat user experience. Working with key senior stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Defining the form, content, and capabilities provided in our Smart Office products and solutions. Identify key changes and impacts to our existing reporting capabilities and products. Understanding multiple data sources and putting together practical and viable models for the analytics reports being prepared. Developing comprehensive implementation plans along with delivering the output as defined in the project’s goals and objectives. Assessing the gaps between the prioritized requirements and the Product capabilities, current and upcoming. Generating solution options and, with the use of an agreed set of design principles, selecting the preferred option to move forward. Acting as a functional subject matter expert for partnering to troubleshooting Smart Office data issues, redesign processes and develop reports. Developing training materials and delivering trainings to end-users. Curating backlog of requested enhancements. Develop and track technical roadmap for feature enhancements. Assist with validation of Smart Office data and product builds. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Product Management or Economics. Advanced degree preferred, but not required. 6-8+ years of experience in Digital Products, Digital Workplace Experience, Data & Space analytics or equivalent field; less experience considered for exceptional performers. End-to-end product management experience owning roadmap, discovery, delivery, and measurable outcomes for digital or technology-enabled products. Smart office / IoT expertise, including connected devices (sensors, access control, HVAC, lighting) and workplace platforms (desk booking, visitor management, hybrid work tools). Strong technical fluency, with experience in system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, data analytics, and collaboration with engineering teams. Data-driven decision making, leveraging occupancy, utilization, and energy analytics to inform product improvements and business cases. Enterprise stakeholder management, working cross-functionally with IT, Real Estate, Workplace Experience, and executive leadership. Change management and adoption leadership, driving employee engagement, training, and successful rollout of workplace technologies. BCG employees and managers as internal customers to inform and shape the Smart Office and Street-to-Seat journey. Other Digital Portfolio members within BCG, on solutions, workflows, product roadmap, and collaborate on best practices to ensure alignment between squads. Agile Coaches for guidance on Agile ways of working and to promote agility within your team. Chapter Leads and Tech Area Leaders for technical solutioning and delivery. Problem solving and analytical tasks. Ability to structure hypothesis, build thoughtful analyses, and bring clarity to previously undefined problems. Desire and flexibility to work through details with keen attention to accuracy and interdependencies. Natural curiosity to understand how things work and why; our data, our processes, and our reports. Desire to comprehend root causes when issues arise. Comfortable working with ambiguity and in an iterative environment. Communication, interpersonal and teaming skills. Works positively and collaboratively with others and within team; builds strong and lasting relationships. Working and partnering with remote team members in different time zones. Adapts style to changing situations and audiences with tact, poise, and patience. Demonstrates persistence to drive change. Contributes to a positive and productive work environment. Leverages network effectively across functions, offices, regions and/or externally (existing network within BCG will be helpful). Experience on data visualization and / or ability to present analysis in an insightful manner for the leadership will be another advantage. Work Management, organization, and planning. Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment. Strong Organizational skills and process management skills. Ability to contribute to multiple work streams at once and prioritize efforts accordingly. Demonstrated ability to drive projects to scheduled conclusion. Familiarity or willingness to work on Agile methodology will be a plus. YOU’RE GOOD AT.
