Smart Energetic Graduates with 7 to 10 years of experience as an Export Sales Co- Ordinator or Business Co-Ordinator in a trading or manufacturing company dealing with export operations. Key responsibilities Should possess the following skills Export Documentation: Good proficiency in accurately preparing and review commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists and shipping documentation. Organizational Abilities: Exceptional multi-tasking skills to handle several shipments, client accounts and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to Detail: High precision when inputting data and handling compliance paperwork to prevent costly border delays or legal penalties. Communication and Diplomacy: Clear, professional interaction with global clients, freight forwarders and cross-functional internal teams. Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset to swiftly resolve shipping bottlenecks, customs holds or supply chain disruptions. Trade Compliance and Regulations: A solid understanding of international trade laws, customs procedures, licensing requirements and Incoterms (International Commercial Terms). Software Proficiency: Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Good Tally Knowledge and shipment tracking software. Foreign Language Fluency: Strong proficiency in English, alongside other languages relevant to target international markets to minimize communication errors. Qualifications Should be a B.Com/ BBA Having 5-8 years of experience in Export Documentation. Having good knowledge in Tally & ERP Software.
