SDET Contract Staff Required for 6-12 Months at Kochi expertise, hands-on automation experience, and the ability to contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, document, and maintain automated test frameworks and testing tools. Develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard QA automation tools. Implement automation for functional testing across UI, API, and Database layers , including integration and regression test suites for complex applications. Develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot automated CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions . Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation standards and best practices. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and Dev Ops teams to ensure high-quality releases. Required Technical Skills Programming Languages Python – Mandatory Java – Mandatory Java Script – Good to have Test Automation Tools Must have experience with one or more of the following: Selenium Cypress Playwright Good to have: Appium REST Assured Desired Competencies Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks. Experience working in Agile / Dev Ops environments. Ability to analyze test failures and identify root causes effectively. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
