Collected role description

Responsibilities: Understand user requirements, information architecture to create intuitive user interfaces. Design UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow for web applications. Review technical requirements for key projects and translate concepts into design delivery. Collaborate with team to establish functional and non-functional requirements, provide technical analysis and coding support. Develop software/component-level designs to support technical requirements. Implement UX Design standards and processes from the ground up. Work on designs across web, mobile apps, and in-store environments to ensure a healthy user experience. Create performant visual effects with extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc. Experience with CSS frameworks and component libraries like Bulma. Strong expertise in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors and postprocessors, build packaging tools like NPM and Babel. Ability to work with UI frameworks like HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, React, etc. Experience in mentoring or managing teams of researchers and user experience designers. Knowledge of web application designing principles and cross-browser compatibility. Proven track record of developing applications using various front-end technologies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites effectively.
