Role SummaryResponsible for ensuring the quality of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV works executed at project sites by implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections, monitoring testing activities, and ensuring compliance with approved specifications, drawings, standards, and project requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Carry out QA/QC inspections for MEP works across project sites.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure MEP installations are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, SOPs, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Review material submittals, test certificates, and quality documents submitted by contractors and vendors.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Perform inspections and witness testing of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV systems.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Verify and certify incoming MEP materials and equipment for compliance with approved specifications before installation.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Identify quality deviations and coordinate with site teams and contractors for timely rectification.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), monitor corrective actions, and ensure closure of observations.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Maintain records of inspections, test reports, NCRs, material approvals, and quality documentation.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure all testing and commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Monitor implementation of Project Quality Plans and Quality Objectives for MEP works.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Support internal and external quality audits and ensure proper maintenance of ISO-related documentation.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Prepare periodic quality reports and communicate quality performance to project management.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Assist during snagging, de-snagging, system handover, and project closeout activities.</li> </ul>Qualifications<ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">3-6 years of experience in MEP QA/QC in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.</li> </ul>Key Skills <ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Familiarity with testing & commissioning procedures.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong inspection, documentation, and reporting skills.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.</li> </ul>
