As part of our commitment to staying ahead in the industry, we are seeking a talented and experienced Data & AI Engineer with strong Azure cloud competencies to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes. Configure and customize SAP SD module components including: Sales Order Management Pricing & Condition Techniques Billing & Invoicing Shipping & Delivery Credit Management Outputs & Forms Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvements. Ensure seamless integration with MM, FI , and other SAP modules. Work closely with ABAP team for RICEFW developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). Participate in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and production support projects. Conduct Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and support UAT activities. Provide post-go-live support and continuous system enhancements. Prepare functional specifications, test cases, training materials, and end-user documentation. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Qualifications: B.Tech/BCA or any Graduation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field 8–12 years of overall experience with minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle including: Pricing procedures Billing processes Shipping & Delivery processing Returns management Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments Strong understanding of integration points between SD, MM, and FI Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills SAP SD Certification (preferred)
