Collected role description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance implementations, rollouts, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in core FI modules, Record-to Report (RTR) processes, banking integration, and cross-functional integration with MM and SD modules. The candidate must have delivered at least two end-to-end implementations and have global rollout exposure. Responsibilities: 1. SAP FI Functional Expertise Configuration and support of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA) , and Bank Accounting . Strong knowledge of New GL including: Document Splitting Parallel Accounting Ledger Configuration & Setup Tax configuration including WHT (Withholding Tax) and GST/VAT . Automatic Payment Program (F110) configuration and troubleshooting. Master data configuration (GL, Vendor, Customer, Asset). Validation and Substitution rules setup. 2. Record to Report (RTR) Month-end and Year-end closing activities. Account reconciliations. Foreign currency valuation & revaluation. Accruals and provisions. Financial statement preparation and reporting. 3. Banking & Cash Management Electronic Bank Statement configuration ( EBS / MT940 ). Bank reconciliation process. Lockbox configuration. Cash management and liquidity monitoring. 4. Integration & Cross-Functional Expertise Integration between: FI and CO FI and MM FI and SD Understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance and Logistics modules. Qualifications: B.Tech/BCA or any Graduation
