<div>Job Description:</div><div><br></div><ol><li>Provide Level 2 operations engineering expertise to large, complex enterprise LAN and WAN clients in predominantly Cisco networking environments.</li><li>In-depth Routing Protocols experience and operational knowledge: EIGRP, OSPF & BGP.</li><li>Strong understanding and knowledge of SDWAN, F5 LTM/GTM, VMWare Avi, Azure & AWS Cloud and Aviatrix.</li><li>Design and deployment-Architect and deploy enterprise – scale firewall solutions using Fortinet and palo alto platforms</li><li>Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting, Packet capture, Monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools,</li><li>Analyze the Network performance and prepare plan for improvements</li><li>Review scripting, planning and execution of network Change Management process Investigate network issues / incidents and bring to resolution within stated SLA parameters</li><li>Working with Incident, Problem, and Change Management Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to operations team and customers upon request</li></ol><div>Accreditation / Certification:</div><ul><li>CCNA/CCNP Certification</li></ul><div>Previous Job Experience:</div><ul><li>Network operations experience and expertise in a variety of equipment, predominantly Cisco LAN and WAN in large, complex, enterprise environments.</li><li>Experience implementing/managing WAN circuits (T1, Ethernet, MPLS, etc.)</li><li>Experience using network analysis, management, and performance monitoring tools to plan for growth, diagnose problems and determine source.</li></ul><div>Education:</div><div>4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering (or) Three years of College or Technical School resulting in an Associate’s Degree or equivalent</div>
