Role Purpose (1–3 lines): </strong>Leads the design, automation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment workflows to enable seamless software delivery. Drives cloud-native architecture, reliability engineering, and DevSecOps practices to ensure scalability, resilience, and efficiency across enterprise environments.</div><div><strong>2. Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for scalable, high-performing software deployments.</div><div>· Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.</div><div>· Implement container orchestration and automation using Docker, Kubernetes.</div><div>· Integrate security and compliance controls within CI/CD workflows (DevSecOps approach).</div><div>· Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams for environment provisioning, testing automation, and release governance.</div><div>· Drive observability through proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting.</div><div>· Enable incident response, reliability engineering, and performance optimization frameworks.</div><div>· Mentor DevOps engineers and foster a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.</div>
