We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Operation Delivery Manager with 24-48 months of experience in cross-functional collaboration, strategic and operational delivery, and performance management. The ideal candidate will excel in operational management and service delivery governance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for process improvement initiatives, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insightful analytics. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement across the organization. Requirements: - Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and strategic operational delivery. - Strong background in performance management and operational management. - Expertise in service delivery governance and SLA management. - Demonstrated ability in process improvement and monitoring/reporting on KPIs. - Proficient in reporting and analytics to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
