Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager – Operations (Disbursement) will be responsible for managing end-to-end loan disbursement activities, ensuring timely and accurate fund releases, compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams. width="100%" align="center" /> </div>Key ResponsibilitiesDisbursement Operations<ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Manage and oversee end-to-end loan disbursement processes across products (secured/unsecured, retail/SME, etc.)</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure compliance with sanction terms, credit approvals, and checklist requirements prior to disbursement</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Validate loan documentation, KYC, agreements, mandates, and security documents</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure timely and error-free disbursement as per defined TATs and SLAs</li> </ul>Compliance & Controls<ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal credit policies, AML/KYC norms, and audit requirements</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Maintain maker-checker controls in disbursement transactions</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Support internal audits, concurrent audits, and regulatory inspections</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for post-disbursement reviews</li> </ul>Stakeholder Coordination<ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"> <li
