Senior Project Manager - SCRUM Master Location: Greater Noida Years of Experience: 5-7 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SCRUM methodologies and extensive experience in managing multiple teams within the Commercial Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading agile project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Manage multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively. Implement best practices in agile project management and SCRUM methodologies. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on agile principles and practices. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience as a SCRUM Master with a strong understanding of SCRUM methodologies. Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines P&C Insurance processes and practices. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficient in project management tools and software. Preferred Skills: Certification as a SCRUM Master (CSM or equivalent). Experience with other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean). Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance standards. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SCRUM and P&C Insurance. Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
