Guidewire Policy Developer Job Title: Guidewire Policy Developer Location: Greater Noida, Pune, Hyderabad & Mumbai Experience: 05 to 08 Years Please note this is an immediate requirement & also client is looking for Guidewire Certification Resources. Job Summary: We at Coforge is hiring an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with mandatory Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification and hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, customization, integration, and support of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications within P&C Insurance programs. Key Responsibilities Mandatory Requirements Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification (Mandatory) Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) (Mandatory) Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development and configuration. Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. Develop and customize PolicyCenter components including Product Model, PCF screens, Business Rules, Underwriting Rules, Workflows, and Batch Processes. Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services and messaging frameworks. Work on Guidewire Cloud upgrade, migration, and implementation projects. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. Participate in Agile development processes and sprint activities. Support production releases and resolve critical application issues. Required Technical Skills Guidewire PolicyCenter Development. Extensive experience in: Gosu PCF Configuration Data Model Extensions Product Model Configuration Business Rules Underwriting Rules Plugins Workflows Batch Processes Hands-on experience with: Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) Guidewire Integration Framework REST APIs & SOAP Services Integration Gateway Event-Driven Integrations Strong SQL and database skills. Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of Guidewire upgrades and cloud migration initiatives.
