Key Responsibilities Develop and manage advanced electrical BIM models using Revit and Auto CAD. Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families. Generate precise electrical drawings and interdisciplinary coordination models. Maintain version control, conduct quality checks, and ensure accurate project documentation. Resolve project-level BIM issues and collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery. Mentor junior team members and support productivity improvements. Facilitate smooth coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams. Skills Required Proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, and Navisworks for electrical system modeling. Strong skills in creating advanced parametric families and BIM documentation. In-depth understanding of electrical systems and BIM standards. Experience developing and enforcing project BIM standards and manuals. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
