Job Title: Freshers/Trainee - Technical Faculty (C,++, Data Science, Embedded, VLSI) Position- Freshers/Trainee - Technical Faculty (C,++, Data Science, Embedded, VLSI) Department - Technical Training (Software) Experience - Minimum 0Years - 1years of EdTech/IT/Corporate/Institutions etc Education - Should have completed Any Degree BE, BTECH, ME, MTECH, MCA Job Description Assist in Training Program and Collaborate with senior trainers to create engaging training materials and presentations focused on Various Technologies i.e. Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science, C, C++ and applications. Support the delivery of training workshops and seminars, facilitating discussions and hands-on activities related to Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science, C, C++. Assist trainees in using Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science tools and simulation software during practical sessions. Collaborate with senior trainers to develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises. Help update existing training content based on feedback and industry trends. Provide support to trainees during hands-on labs and projects. Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging questions and discussions. Stay updated on the latest trends in embedded systems and training methodologies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing training initiatives. Maintain records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results. Prepare reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement. Roles & Responsibilities Support the creation and refinement of Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science training curriculum to align with industry standards. Conduct practical workshops to demonstrate Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science techniques and tools to trainees. Assist in conducting training sessions on embedded systems, covering topics such as microcontrollers, programming, and system design. Facilitate hands-on workshops and practical exercises to enhance participants’ learning experiences. Collaborate with senior trainers to design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and instructional guides. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment outcomes. Prepare reports summarizing training effectiveness, participant progress, and suggestions for future improvements. Desired Skills and Experience Negotiation Skills Selling to Customer Ne edsMotivation for Sales & Target Oriented Building Relationships Desired Candidate Profile Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on VLSI. Strong interest in teaching and a passion for sharing knowledge. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of VLSI concepts and tools is a plus.
