Technical Vision & AI Architecture Next-Gen Engineering: Drive the architecture and design of hyper-scale, multi-tenant B2B SaaS products, with a heavy focus on resilience, low-latency data pipelines, and high availability AI Innovation: Pioneer the integration of LLMs and Agentic AI into the Cyber Fusion platform to automate complex threat-hunting and incident-response playbooks Tech Stack Evolution: Make critical decisions regarding technology upgrades, cloud-native hosting (AWS/GCP), and framework selection to ensure maximum scalability and cost-efficiency Execution & Delivery Roadmap Alignment: Partner closely with Product Management to translate business vision into a rock-solid, predictable technical roadmap that accelerates customer growth and engagement Unblock & Accelerate: Act as the ultimate technical escalation point. Eliminate roadblocks across code, build, and deployment pipelines, ensuring high-quality, on-time releases Process Excellence: Cultivate a world-class CI/CD culture, driving Agile/Scrum methodologies to their highest potential People Leadership & Culture Talent Magnet: Attract, retain, and mentor a high-performance team of solution and software engineers, fostering a culture of extreme ownership and psychological safety Career Architect: Guide engineering careers, design clear growth paths, and build the next generation of technical leaders within Cyware What We Are Looking For 12+ years of hardcore product development experience, with at least 5+ years of proven engineering leadership/people management experience within an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment AI/ML Prowess: Deep architectural understanding and practical implementation experience with AI frameworks, LLMs, and Agentic workflows. You know how to take AI out of the sandbox and deploy it securely at enterprise scale Roots in Code: You are an architect who hasn't forgotten how to code. You possess a strong background in open-source frameworks, microservices architecture, and cloud-native infrastructure SaaS DNA: Deep understanding of multi-tenancy, enterprise security standards, data privacy, and scaling applications to millions of events per second Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex architectural concepts and present them clearly to both cross-functional engineering teams and C-level stakeholders
