Collected role description
Minimum 3 years of experience in Vehicle Assembly or Manufacturing Quality. Good knowledge of construction equipment products and manufacturing processes. Analyse warranty claims and factory quality defects to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Perform systematic categorization of Q-Notes and issues mapped to respective assembly stations and processes, leveraging advanced Excel for tracking. Proactively identify improvement opportunities during station reviews and team cadences, proposing data-driven solutions. Recommend corrective actions and updates to control plans, processes and drawings. Apply Seven QC Tools for problem-solving and quality risk prevention. Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality. Create quality reports and track key quality metric with data visualization; Power BI proficiency is an added advantage. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS Office, SAP, and Creo View Proactive, quick learner, and improvement-oriented mindset. Proactive in suggesting ideas; excellent English communication for project handling and team collaboration
