Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Cyient Insights India Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing detailed electrical engineering projects, ensuring the robust design and analysis of power systems. Job Responsibilities:** * Lead and perform detailed engineering for complex electrical systems, adhering to industry standards and client specifications. * Develop and review engineering designs, including single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and equipment specifications. * Conduct comprehensive power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, arc flash, protective device coordination, and transient stability analysis. * Prepare technical reports, calculations, and documentation for various electrical engineering projects. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project execution. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations in electrical engineering. * Participate in site visits and inspections as required. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. * Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in detailed electrical engineering roles. * Demonstrated expertise in the design, analysis, and implementation of complex electrical systems. * Proficiency in conducting various power system studies using relevant software tools (e.g., ETAP). * Strong understanding of national and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE). * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
