JOB DESCRIPTION: DEC Industries executes projects across the length and breadth of India. From high-altitude defense projects to massive coastal warehouses, our Site Engineers are the leaders on the ground. We are seeking a dynamic Site Engineer to oversee the safe and timely erection of PEB structures and civil foundation works. You will be the primary point of contact at the construction site, managing resources, quality, and safety to deliver projects on time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise anchor bolt casting (civil works) and steel erection activities. - Manage site subcontractors, labor, and machinery (cranes/hydra) for timely completion. - Ensure strict adherence to DEC’s EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) protocols. - Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and track project timelines. - Check alignment, verticality, and torque tightening of steel connections. - Coordinate material reconciliation and report shortages to the factory immediately. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. - 3-6 years of experience in industrial shed construction or steel erection. - Proficiency in using Surveying instruments (Auto Level, Total Station). - Strong leadership skills to manage labor and subcontractors. - Willingness to travel and stay at project sites.
