The EHS Safety Officer is responsible for enforcing Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols across our high-rise construction sites and manufacturing units. You will be the guardian of our workforce's safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety inspections. - Perform Risk Assessments (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). - Ensure 100% compliance with PPE usage, scaffolding safety, and height work protocols. - Investigate near-miss incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence. - Conduct safety training sessions and fire drills. - Maintain safety documentation and registers as per statutory requirements. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Diploma / B.Tech plus Safety Certification (ADIS/NEBOSH/IOSH). - 3-7 years of experience in Construction or Industrial Safety. - Strong knowledge of height work safety and lifting operations. - Ability to train and communicate effectively with laborers.
