Collected role description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Janus team based in the firm’s offices in Hyderabad. The team focuses on building a workflow orchestration platform to track cross-functional business processes. As a member of the Janus team, you will be an advocate for the Janus platform to internal stakeholders, emphasizing its application and benefits. You will collaborate closely with finance teams to thoroughly understand their existing processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements for process improvement or automation. You will utilize your exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to translate intricate finance processes into efficient and effective Janus workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions for process optimization. You will also be involved in facilitating the smooth onboarding of workflows onto the Janus platform, providing specialized training and support to finance teams as required, while actively seeking feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancing the Janus platform. Furthermore, you will also collaborate closely with other product managers to implement improvements and new features, understand the limitations of the Janus product, specify requirements, and effectively communicate solutions.
