Collected role description

We are looking for an experienced software developer to join the Application Engineering team in the Systems group, based in the firm’s offices in Hyderabad. The team is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale applications and their surrounding infrastructure. The team specializes in web application development, improving end-user productivity, and enhancing developer experience. Its expertise spans web and mobile application development, application infrastructure, and CI/CD tooling. The role offers the opportunity to be part of an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment. In this role, you will execute projects and deliverables while collaborating with business units and other teams in Systems to enhance product offerings. You will lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements collection and analysis, architectural design, implementation, and deployment to clients. Your responsibilities will also include implementing CI/CD pipelines, integrating observability solutions, enforcing security best practices, and engineering systems to meet demanding performance, scalability, and availability targets. You will collaborate closely with developers and other technology teams, mentor junior engineers, and lead technical design reviews to ensure solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with firmwide standards.
