Position: Salesforce Senior SQA Engineer Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Senior SQA Engineer with 5+ years of software testing experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business processes while ensuring high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test cases. Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes. Perform API, integration, data migration, and database validation testing. Validate Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and business process configurations. Log and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. Participate in Agile ceremonies, release testing, UAT support, and production validation. Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics. Required Skills: 5+ years of software QA experience, including strong Salesforce testing experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing. Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI. Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, data validation, and integration testing. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
