Candidates will be selected based on the ITI marks merit. b. 70% of Seats will be engaged with Government ITI students and 30% of seats with Private ITI students. c. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Candidates residing in all Districts of Telangana State only are eligible to apply. a) Before applying, candidate should read the complete advertisement carefully and ensure that he / she has fulfilled eligibility criteria of the post / Apprenticeship stated in the advertisement in all respects. b) The Degree of Disability for PWD Candidates is 40% & above. c) All qualifications should be from Indian Institutes recognized by Appropriate Statutory Authority. d) Only on-line registered application form will be accepted. e) The application is liable for rejection at any stage of recruitment process in case of suppression of facts/ furnishing of false information. f) The candidate has to quote his/her system generated application number allotted for all future correspondence. g) All future correspondence would be communicated only through E-mail furnished by the applicant in the on-line application form. h) ECIL reserves the right to cancel / restrict / enlarge/ modify the selection process, if need arises, without assigning any reason. i) ECIL reserves the right to increase or decrease the notified vacancies /seats based on need. j) Any Legal proceeding in respect of any matter/claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or any application in response thereto can be instituted only in the jurisdiction limited to Courts at Medchal – Malkajgiri District, Telangana State. Page 3 of 5 k) ECIL will not be responsible for Network / Internet-related difficulties/issues. l) Canvassing in any form will result in immediate rejection of the application. m) Candidates who have already undergone or who are currently undergoing Apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 in any Government or PSU or Private Organization are not eligible to apply. n) Candidates selected for training will not be allowed to withdraw from training except for reasons which are beyond their control. Before commencement of the training, the candidates will have to execute a Contract of Apprenticeship. Those who fail from completing the training are liable to refund the whole cost of their training as well as the amount received as a stipend as determined by the Central Apprenticeship Advisor. o) Every apprentice who has completed the period of training will have to undergo a practical test to determine his/her proficiency in the designated trade. Only upon passing the test, the National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) will be issued by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). p) The engagement and training are strictly in compliance with the provision of the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and there is no obligation for employment of Apprentices on completion of their training. q) After completion of the training, the apprentice shall have no right to claim any employment in ECIL. r) ECIL being a highly protected establishment, Apprentices will be engaged only after submission of a Police Verification Certificate (PVC) from SP office of their District HQ. Selected candidates have to submit these certificates at the time of joining. s) A physical fitness certificate from a Civil/Assistant Surgeon should be produced by the selected candidate at the time of joining. 8. HOW TO APPLY: STEP:1 Interested candidates who possess the required educational qualification MUST first register themselves on the website www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). STEP:2 Subsequent to registration in the portal mentioned above, the interested eligible candidates shall submit the online application through the ECIL website: https://www.ecil.co.in → ‘Human Resources’ → ‘Current Job Openings’. IMPORTANT: Candidates who have registered in the MSDE apprenticeship portal are required to submit their online application through the ECIL website as mentioned above. Applications submitted on the ECIL website shall only be accepted and considered. The online application process will be operational from 30.09.2026 (18:00 hrs.) to 11.10.2026 (23:59 hrs.) a. After applying online, the candidate is required to take the printout of the registered online application form with system-generated application number. Candidate is required to note down application number, for all future references. Page 4 of 5 b. The candidate can take a re-print of his/her registered online application form before the last date for Online registration. c. No separate communication will be sent to any candidate on their non-selection at any stage of the engagement process. d. The application is liable for rejection at any stage of the recruitment process in case it is submitted with incorrect information. Further, if any other shortcoming is noticed (either at the instance of a candidate or otherwise) even after Apprenticeship commencement, his/her apprenticeship will be liable for termination forthwith. e. If it is found that the candidate has submitted any false / fabricated information/documents will entail summarily rejection of his/ her candidature at any stage of the selection process. f. It may please be noted that No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Document Verification. g. The date, time, mode and venue of document verification will be hosted on our website: https://www.ecil.co.in . h. The candidates called for document verification shall present the following original documents mandatorily with a set of photocopies at the time of certificate verification: i. Online registered application form duly signed by the candidate and with recent color passport size photo affixed. ii. All original certificates in support of MSDE Registration, his / her date of birth, identity (Govt. issued only like Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport etc.), Educational Qualification, Latest Caste & Disability (PWD) certificates (wherever applicable) if any along with a set of photocopies. iii. Category Certificate in support of SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS, in the prescribed Proforma as hosted on www.ecil.co.in portal. 9. IMPORTANT DATES(TENTATIVE): A.
