Responsible for Mechanical design, proto building and proving</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">2. Responsible for Engineering change management of designs and statutory approvals</span></font></p><ul><li><font color="#000000" face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">Understand the VOC and prepare the design strategy</span></font></li><li><font color="#000000" face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">Structural/Thermal/Rotor dynamic design of motor,cowork with electrical team to achieve optimum thermal/mechanical performance</span></font></li><li><font color="#000000" face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">Assess the impact of motor performance due to mechanical stress and arrive at the optimum design to test ratio</span></font></li><li><font color="#000000" face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">Awareness on IEC/NEMA standard approval for Standard mounting/dimension/Noise/Vibration and Ingress protection </span><br></font><br><br><p></p><br><p></p></li></ul>
