We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to deliver Java full-stack solutions with Angular, building reliable products on modern engineering practices. You will develop microservices-based systems, connect front-end and back-end layers seamlessly, and raise technical standards across the lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop and support full-stack applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Angular Build, validate, and release microservices and REST APIs to maintain scalability and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and deliver innovative solutions Implement responsive and accessible front-end components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Optimize performance through efficient coding approaches and systematic debugging Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment Manage source code and version control using Git Execute automated testing with JUnit to uphold software quality Troubleshoot technical issues across development and production environments Integrate industry best practices into software design processes Requirements Proven 8–12 years of software engineering experience with solid knowledge of modern development practices Hands-on 4+ years of Java development experience Strong proficiency in Java 8, Spring, and Spring Boot for back-end services Deep expertise in Angular along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for UI development Working understanding of REST APIs plus PostgreSQL and Oracle database systems Solid background in microservices architectures and cloud-based applications Practical familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tooling such as Git Demonstrated ability to resolve technical challenges across design, development, and production phases High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and collaborate effectively English proficiency at minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
