Collected role description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Conga CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM business processes to join our team and drive end-to-end business process solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and development teams. Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements through close collaboration with Business, IT Business Partners, and Business Process Experts/Owners Develop high-level solution concepts and wireframes, and work with the business to resolve ambiguity Create detailed Functional Specifications for the Dev team and refine user stories with acceptance criteria logged in the DevOps tool Document current and future state processes in collaboration with Architects and Tech Leads Support and maintain the product backlog, with continuous validation of deliverables against requirements Build and sustain effective, productive relationships with key business stakeholders Respond with flexibility to shifting business needs and priorities Train key users and ensure the availability of training and support materials Prepare test cases, review test case coverage, and support the business during UAT Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts Requirements 10-15 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst Knowledge of Conga Q2C (CPQ), OTC (O2C), or SAP SD/MM business processes Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process mapping Proficiency in writing Functional Specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Understanding of how IT solutions support end-to-end business processes Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and Azure DevOps tools Strong soft skills and communication abilities
