Specialist Training and Consulting qualification: Completed degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Controls and Electrical & Instrumentation or comparable field 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant field Professional experience with commissioning of automation systems, technical service, etc., with a focus on controls Sound knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., CODESYS V3 – STL, CFC…) in machinery (assembly, packaging or comparable) Ideally working experience in teaching or training, setting-up curriculum or similar in university or industry Knowledge of programming languages Python and C# is an advantage Knowledge of fieldbus systems (mainly Ether CAT) and data interfaces like OPC UA is desirable Strong analytical ability, problem-solving mindset, teamwork orientation, didactic, communication skills and customer focus Ability to present in front of a group online, in-person and manage participants Open to travel aboard to deliver in-person training.
