The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and a strong eye for detail to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities - Perform Manual and Automation Testing. - Create and execute Test Cases and Test Plans. - Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and Smoke Testing. - Identify, log, and track software defects. - Automate test cases using Selenium. - Work closely with developers to resolve issues. - Validate APIs using Postman. - Participate in Agile ceremonies. Mandatory Skills - Manual Testing - Automation Testing - Selenium WebDriver - Test Case Preparation - Bug Tracking (JIRA) - API Testing (Postman) - Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Excellent Attention to Detail Desirable Skills - SQL Database Knowledge - Performance Testing (JMeter) - Basic Programming Knowledge (Java/Python) - Git Qualification - B.Tech/B.E., MCA, BCA, M.Sc.
