Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of core products for a trading platform, covering digital asset launches, overseas securities, AI model platforms, quantitative copy trading, trading bots, KYC, and AI-enabled product capabilities. This role requires strong cross-domain product thinking across finance, Web3, AI, compliance, risk control, and user experience, with the ability to drive product iteration and business growth across complex scenarios. - Own product planning and iteration for digital asset launch and overseas securities products, including Launchpad, Launchpool, Airdrop, Candydrop, as well as U.S., Hong Kong, and Korean stock trading, holdings, and entitlement claim scenarios. - Build product capabilities for AI model platforms, including model onboarding, listing standards, model routing, pricing maintenance, model detail pages, developer documentation, quality monitoring, and stability metrics. - Design and operate quantitative copy trading and trading bot products, with an understanding of strategies such as grid trading, Martingale, smart rebalancing, and infinite grid, ensuring product features meet the needs of retail users and institutional clients. - Lead KYC product design and process optimization to improve identity verification conversion, review accuracy, and user experience; drive the implementation of OCR, automated review, fast identity verification, and AI-powered identity recognition. - Apply AI tools and intelligent models to support requirement analysis, user behavior insights, experience optimization, anomaly detection, risk assessment, competitor analysis, and data review, improving product iteration efficiency and intelligence. - Establish product data metric systems and conduct regular analysis of user behavior, conversion, retention, feature usage, and abnormal data to identify product issues and develop optimization plans. - Track trends across Web3, AI, large models, exchanges, KYC, overseas securities, and competitors, and provide product strategy recommendations to build differentiated competitive advantages. - Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Operations, Risk Control, Compliance, Business Development, and external partners to drive requirements from solution design to launch while ensuring delivery quality. - Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Product Design, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of product experience in internet, fintech, Web3, AI platforms, exchanges, or KYC; experience building complex products from 0 to 1 or driving continuous scaled iteration is preferred. - Familiar with at least two of the following areas: digital asset trading, launch products, overseas securities, quantitative strategies, trading bots, KYC, or AI model platforms, with strong ability to abstract product logic across multiple business scenarios. - Strong product planning, requirement analysis, process design, interaction optimization, PRD writing, and project execution capabilities, with the ability to independently drive cross-functional collaboration. - Strong data analysis skills and data sensitivity, with the ability to identify user experience issues, business opportunities, and risk points through data. - Understanding of the balance between product risk control, compliance, security, and user experience; familiarity with KYC, anti-abuse, anomaly detection, or financial product compliance logic is preferred. - Proficient in product tools such as Axure, Figma, and PPT; experience writing developer documentation, model descriptions, or technical product materials is preferred. - Strong ownership, logical thinking, communication, coordination, and stress resilience, with the ability to continuously learn and quickly implement new technologies and business models.
