Requirements Candidates need 5+ years in startups or tech, ideally in cybersecurity or defense, with prior Chief of Staff or strategy roles preferred. • Key skills include strategic thinking, project management, data analysis using Excel or Python, and knowledge of cyber tools, Zero Trust architectures, and compliance standards like NIST. BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IS or equivalent is required, with cyber certifications such as CISSP or CEH being advantageous. Essential soft skills encompass high adaptability, discretion, strong communication, and the ability to influence across teams in a fast-paced startup.
