Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.; 5 years of experience leading technical program management initiatives and delivering infrastructure solutions.
Collected preferred qualification
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.; 8 years of dedicated experience in a technical program manager role.; Deep domain expertise in backend infrastructure, distributed systems, evaluation systems, or testing frameworks.; Experience or strong interest in leveraging modern AI/ML capabilities, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic workflows to modernize Technical Program Manager (TPM) functions (e.g., automated dependency tracking, predictive risk modeling, and operational streamlining).; Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment, managing distributed teams across multiple time zones, and prioritizing complex workstreams amidst ambiguity.
