Collected minimum qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.; 10 years of experience in business development and partnerships, within payments industry in India.; Experience securing payment processing or ancillary service agreements through direct negotiations or engagements with processors, issuers, acquirers, networks, or regulators.; Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
Collected preferred qualification
10 years of experience in developing and managing partnerships within the payments industry in India.; Track record of securing complex agreements for payment processing and ancillary services through effective negotiations or engagements with processors, issuers, acquirers, networks, and regulators etc.; Deep knowledge of the payment processing regulations, operating rules, and standard agreements terms in India; Ability to evaluate complex business and technical requirements, assess cross-functional impacts, and identify new opportunities with speed and accuracy.; Exemplary communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and across partner organizations.
