Roles & Responsibilities Accountable for executing production activities in line with quality and efficiency standards. Ensure adherence to hygiene and quality guidelines in production areas. Execute production plans and monitor work-in-progress across stages. Manage manpower allocation and productivity to meet production targets. Monitor production processes and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations. Maintain documentation in compliance with ISO and QMS requirements. Drive reduction in rejection rates and improve process efficiency. Conduct training for production staff and assess effectiveness. Ensure adherence to EHS policies and safety standards. Qualifications Graduation in Engineering / Science / Pharmacy with 3 to 5 years of production experience.
