Roles & Responsibilities Execute daily production activities as per schedules. Supervise manufacturing operations and team activities. Monitor productivity, quality and process compliance. Support process improvements and yield enhancement initiatives. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO and regulatory requirements. Maintain production documentation and records. Coordinate with quality, maintenance and support teams. Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred). 2-4 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry.
