Roles & Responsibilities Perform microbiological testing and environmental monitoring activities. Prepare culture media and maintain laboratory equipment. Conduct sterility, bioburden and antimicrobial efficacy testing. Perform product, environmental and sample analysis as per schedules. Monitor cleanroom conditions and ensure compliance requirements. Maintain laboratory records, reports and documentation. Prepare biological and chemical indicators. Support validation activities including ETO and Gamma sterilization. Conduct calibration, swab testing and culture handling activities. Support SOP revisions, trend analysis and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards. Qualifications Postgraduate or Graduate in Science or Engineering. 5+ years of experience in QC or Production.
