The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Aerospace, Defence, and regulatory standards while driving zero-defect manufacturing, supplier quality excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><hr /><h2><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2><div class="TyagGW_tableContainer"><div class="group TyagGW_tableWrapper flex flex-col-reverse w-fit"><table class="w-fit"><thead><tr><th><strong>Area</strong></th><th><strong>Responsibilities</strong></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Quality Management System (QMS)</strong></td><td>Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001, Nadcap, APQP, PPAP, and customer-specific quality requirements.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Regulatory & Customer Compliance</strong></td><td>Coordinate with defence agencies and regulatory authorities including DGQA, DRDO, ISRO, HAL, BEL, and other customers to ensure compliance with applicable standards and contractual quality requirements.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Product Quality Assurance</strong></td><td>Ensure quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, First Article Inspection (FAI), qualification, validation, and customer acceptance.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Supplier Quality Management</strong></td><td>Drive supplier quality development through supplier audits, qualification, vendor performance monitoring, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supplier improvement initiatives.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Testing & Validation</strong></td><td>Oversee functional, environmental, vibration, EMI/EMC, reliability, and qualification testing to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Process Improvement</strong></td><td>Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, SPC, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Quality Audits & Compliance</strong></td><td>Plan and conduct internal, supplier, process, and system audits.
