Design & Development of mechanical components, customized machines/ coaters as per customers requirements Should have good knowledge in design software Autodesk Inventor Professional is a must, optional AutoCAD and Solid Edge Should have knowledge on drawing standards, GD&T, ASME Standards Should have good academic record Should have good communication skill in English Should be innovative, creative & analytical knowledge suitable for Design Should be well versed in selection of mechanical components including motor, servo, bearings, LM rails, wheels, gears, oil seal etc. Should have designed special purpose machines for any application Responsible for Design & Development Identifying the needs of the company and integrating market research to determine the needs and goals of new products. Conceptualizing new product ideas by using CAD software to design prototypes Delivering project on time without reworks Should be extremely conversant with Autodesk Inventor software Key Skills & Competencies: Interpersonal & communication skills, Project management and organizational skills Leadership and team-based skills Experienced in product development Industry - specific product experience may be advantageous Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and quality control protocols Strong analytical and reporting skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Computer knowledge - MS office
