Update Enquiry list on daily basis Lead RFQ feasibility, Process planning, Estimation, Routing, PFC, NPD prove out, Q and D as per Cycle time) RFQ estimation Work in coordination with Sales team for RFQ and help to win more NPD team- develop overall NPD at Optics -Coating and HMC to prove parts as per Cycle time quoted and ensure it is set with CP-CPK and standardization to get FTR and with Poka yoke Train team with SOP - WIS - WSS APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes, FMEA and control plan Operation sheet and inspection sheets at micro level Product and Process audit Ensure fixture design, tools and other consumables to run NPD and hand over to production Skill mapping to ensure it is set at the beginning and hand over to production Create Subject Matter Specialists for all operations on long term Be a part of 100 cr team Visualization, standardization and Poka yoke, ANDON Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and teamwork skills AUTOCAD, SPDT DESIRABLE, SPS SOFTWARE Good Computer knowledge in MS Office & PPT Proficiency in MS Excel, costing templates, and ERP systems OPTICS PROCESS PLAN, SPDT, SPS, GRINDING, COATING DESIRABLE Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving ability Strong analytical and reporting skills
